For those who want to dip their toe into the world of acid exfoliation, Mandelic acid is the perfect introduction. It can fade unsightly marks and refine skin texture.   Mandelic acid has proven anti-ageing and antibiotic properties making it an excellent choice for adult acne sufferers. Unlike Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid is considered safe for use on darker skin as it carries a low risk of causing pigmentation issues. Please use 2-3 times per week and evenings only, as this treatment increases the skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Don’t forget the SPF!
